Human Services Transportation Planning (HSTP)
The South Central Illinois Regional Planning & Development Commission serves as the lead agency for Human Services Transportation Plan (HSTP) regions 9, 10 and 11. Through regional coordination, the HSTP Coordinator(s) work with public transit providers, human service agencies, local governments, and community stakeholders to improve transportation options for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and the general public.
