South Central Illinois Regional Planning & Development Commission provides GIS services and assistance for the Counties of Clay, Fayette, Effingham, Jasper and Marion and the municipalities within each county. The GIS assistance can include is to:

• the production of high-quality, professionally made maps to enhance community planning;


• the development of interactive GIS web map applications illustrating community or county data and information;


• the creation economic development maps such as Available Sites for Development, as well as Enterprise Zone or TIF boundaries;


• the provision of up-to-date accurate community and business data; and


• the preparation and distribution of specialized reports or maps illustrating industry market potential, traffic counts, among many others.
